Return, Exchange and Refund Policy


The product shall be exchanged or accepted for return only if any of the below incident takes place. There shall be no return or exchange in case the wrong size or wrong product is purchased as the details and specifications of all the products are clearly mentioned, however in case of any doubts or query it may be clarified through our what’s app support before the placement of the order.

Damaged Product.

If the product is damaged on arrival you may call our customer care with the images of the tampered box and the unboxing video.

Wrong Product.

If the wrong product has been shipped we will take back the wrong product and send the right product.

Missing Item.

In case a product is missing in your order you may call us to our customer care and we shall verify the same and send it back.

Refund amount & time

The full amount of the order minus the shipping charges will be credited back to you upon receipt of the damaged goods.

Refunds will be made to the account specified by you, the name of the account holder must be the same as the name in the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the day we receive and verify the returned product.
