Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

The product shall be exchanged or accepted for return only if any of the below incident takes place. There shall be no return or exchange in case the wrong size or wrong product is purchased as the details and specifications of all the products are clearly mentioned, however in case of any doubts or query it may be clarified through our what’s app support before the placement of the order. All customers are requested to please take a video of unboxing of the product on arrival irrespective of the external package being tampered or even if it is Intact.

Damaged Product.
Please send the video of unboxing to our customer care through what’s app in case you find the product damaged. Videos captured after unboxing may not be considered as evidence of damaged goods received.

Wrong Product.
Please sendthe video of unboxing in case you encounter a wrong product being received by you please share the video to our customer care through what’s app our team shall investigate the same in the shortest possible time and replace the correct ordered material if it is available else a refund for the paid amount shall be processed.

Missing Item.
Please send the video of Unboxing, In case a product is missing in your order you may call us to our customer care and we shall verify the same and send it back.

Refund amount & time.
The full amount of the order minus the shipping charges will be credited back to you upon receipt of the damaged goods.
Refunds will be made to the account specified by you, the name of the account holder must be the same as the name in the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the day we receive and verify the returned product.

 Note: As none of our Products have any coating, scratches patches and materials cutting marks will be apparently visible however they do not have any impact on the performance of the product. This Implies to Iron & Cast Iron products, Brass and Bronze products too.
