The Idli pot is super cute, and I just love it.

More than the idli pot, I loved their customer service. The black handle of the plate was broken in transit, and I sent an image to them, and their customer service was out of the world.

They sent me a replacement the next day. I am an online shopper and have never experienced such wonderful service from anyone. I will be a permanent customer of them.
